Terms and Conditions of Sale

Maltby Auto Electrical Services Limited (Trading as Status Hydraulics ) Unless otherwise agreed in writing by Status Hydraulics. All goods are supplied on the following conditions to the exclusion of any terms or conditions stipulated by the buyer and of any representations, warranties or communications not expressly incorporated herein or in the order confirmation.

Terms of Payment

All prices are based on full payment upon receipt of invoice unless otherwise stated in writing by Status Hydraulics. If the goods are received in an incomplete state, require adjustment or repairs, payment in full is still due. Status Hydraulics will investigate immediately and take appropriate action to resolve the situation. Reservation of title Status Hydraulics remains the owner of the goods until full payment is received. When full or partial payment is not made, Status Hydraulics can, by registered letter, request return of goods without losing any rights of suit. Further, Status Hydraulics has the right to cancel orders by written notification.

Disputes

Any disputes will be settled under English law who are deemed solely competent to settle any dispute concerning the sale.

Validity

Status Hydraulics reserves the right to modify the Terms and Conditions such without notice. Should this happen the new Terms and Conditions are immediately effective and automatically supersede prior published information. Previous terms and conditions are available upon request.
